Art Berry, our guitarist, who has been a member of our band for 20 plus years has made the decision to resign from the band. We are sure this was a very difficult decision for him to make as it's difficult for us to accept. He was having problems with his arm and had surgery last year which did not correct the problem and has since ...been playing in pain. He has been such a big part of this band and will truly be missed. We ask that you all keep Art in your thoughts and we wish him the very best. It's been truly awesome playing music with you Art and we're going to miss you!                                                                                                                                                                      With that said, the show must go on and we are pleased to introduce to you our new guitarist. He was kind enough to step in last year while Art was recovering from his surgery and now we are happy to call him a member of Nitestrike! He's John Vandenheuvel! John is a graduate of Berkeley College, has been a part of the CT music scene for 40 years, a music teacher for 30 years and last but certainly not least he shared a stage with Mark Farner of Grand Funk Railroad! John Please come out and help support him and us in this transition. We want to thank you John for joining us, it's going to be a great ride!
